Roadway Advantage, Inc. created a roadside assistance reimbursement program to help truck owner/operators maximize their cash flow and ease the burden of unexpected over the road expenses. We initially launched a Roadway Advantage Program (RAP) product for heavy duty trucks. It provides reimbursement for roadside assistance expenses such as towing, labor, trip interruption, flat repair, battery boost, pull start, lockout service and fluid & parts delivery.
We have since launched RAP products for road hazard tire replacement and trailers. In addition, we have increased the breadth of our offerings to include medium and light duty trucks. Roadway Advantage Motor Club, Inc. has developed best-in-class customer service and claims processing to ensure truck owner/operator needs are met in an expedited manner. All claims are processed by our employees. We do not outsource any of our operations. As a result, payment is usually made within 24 – 48 hours of claim submission.
